Q: Aren't babies too young to learn how to swim?

While swimming competitively is not the intended result, babies can develop breath control and foundational water safety skills that will support their ability to swim later on. Q: How long do I have access to the course?

Q: Who is Karina Renaud?

Q: Do I need a pool to get started?

The program starts in the bathtub at home. The first sections cover the back-floating routine in the bath, out-of-bath exercises, then progress to the pool. Q: What is included in the program?

Q: Is it dangerous to let my baby get water in their face?

Q: What age can my child start?
