All for $49/year CAD ($39 USD), with full access to all content for the duration of your subscription.
The SwimForce™ method uses a carefully designed sequence of activities that progressively teaches your child to handle water safely. However, caregivers must remain extremely vigilant at all times during all water activities. Safety is the foundation of everything we teach.
You can start the program with a baby as young as 2 months old! Head submersion exercises are recommended starting at 6 months, but many other activities can begin right away. There is no need to wait.
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course — you decide when you start and when you finish. You can practice the routine at home on your own schedule.
